Hi, I’m Selma.

My passion for post-operative recovery began with my own experience.

After undergoing plastic surgery myself, I quickly realized that surgery is only one part of the journey. Recovery can be physically demanding, overwhelming, and sometimes confusing. I also discovered how difficult it could be to find experienced post-operative support—and how challenging it was simply to leave the house for appointments while recovering.

That experience changed the direction of my career.

I chose to specialize in post-operative lymphatic care because I wanted to provide the kind of support I wished I had during my own recovery.

As a Nevada Licensed Massage Therapist and Nevada Licensed Esthetician, I combine my professional education with personal experience to provide care that is thoughtful, compassionate, and individualized.

My Approach

I believe recovery is never one-size-fits-all.

Every person heals differently, every procedure is unique, and every surgeon may have their own post-operative protocol.

For that reason, each treatment is personalized according to your procedure, stage of healing, surgeon’s recommendations, and what your body needs at that time.

Because I know firsthand how difficult traveling can be after surgery, I bring care directly to your home, giving you the comfort, privacy, and convenience of personalized one-on-one treatment.

My role is to support your recovery through appropriate hands-on treatment, education, and guidance while respecting your body’s natural healing process.

Safe, Non-Invasive Care

    All treatments remain within my professional scope of practice as a Nevada Licensed Massage Therapist and Nevada Licensed Esthetician.

    My post-operative work is non-invasive. I do not reopen incisions, drain wounds, push fluid through surgical openings, diagnose or treat medical conditions, or perform medical procedures.

    Manual lymphatic drainage is not about forcing fluid out of the body. Gentle, specialized techniques are used to support your lymphatic system and the natural movement of excess fluid through available lymphatic pathways.

    Your surgeon or medical provider remains responsible for your medical and surgical care. If something does not appear appropriate for massage or may require medical attention, treatment may be paused and you may be referred back to your surgeon or medical provider.
